WOW! I am so not good at doing this regularly. Maybe I will work on that. A TON has happened over the past few months and over time I will talk about them all. But you "blog spot" "Life of Stray Dogs" have been on my mind and YES - it is time to start blogging! Right now, we at the kitchen are super slow and this only means one thing: watch every penny we spend. So today Ean and Jeff (our bother-n-law) are working and cleaning up and getting rid of and working basically on how can we lower our overhead? So we are starting by emptying out a container we are renting and having the company come and pick it up and take it away. That will save us over $100 a month. We are moving my office to make room for more dry storage. This will save us $70+ in Internet because I can do wireless and not pay two bills. (Share with dad and mom etc = long story) anyway and we are going to shut down our HUGE walk-in freezer that will save us over $200+ every other month. So I know it doesn't sound huge, but every penny counts.
